Internal marketing requests
For upcoming St. Joseph Catholic Community sponsored events: please email [email protected] two (2) months prior to the event and provide the following:
- Sponsoring committee
- Lead contact name, email, phone
- Name of event
- Date(s)
- Timeframe(s)
- Location(s)
- Capacity
- Suggested audience age range
- Cost / Pricing / Discounts
- Payment forms accepted
- Who do make checks payable to
- Name / Organization, address, phone of where to send proceeds
- Featured speaker/entertainer name(s) / title(s)
- Marketing graphic(s)
- Name(s) of organization(s) who will benefit from the net proceeds made at the event
All of the above information will be published in the bulletin and social media at the discretion of the marketing team. If there are other requests such as posters, flyers, etc. please include the requirements.
