For Adults
November through Easter
A support, educational, and sharing group for adults whose loved one has died, led by a trained facilitator.
A Grief Group provides:
* Information about the grieving process
* Caring and support from others who are also grieving
* Sharing of memories and feelings in a confidential setting
* For adults who have experienced the loss of loved ones
The group meets Mondays from 7pm to 8:30pm at the Parish Center, from November through Easter or based on request. We pray and learn together in a supportive environment, sharing and providing comfort for those who have experienced a loss of a dear one.
Please consider this group if you need guidance OR if you would like to meet one-on-one. Registration is welcomed but not necessary by contacting the Coordinator of Pastoral Care.
The mission of The Compassionate Friends is to provide highly personal comfort, hope and support to a family experiencing the death of a son or daughter, brother or sister or a grandchild and helps others better assist the grieving family. When a child dies, at any age, the family suffers intense pain and may feel hopeless and isolated.
