SCHOOL YEAR AGENDA
 All registered youth will be members of a small group (no more than 8 youth in the group) and an adult and/or peer mentor will facilitate the group.
 The goal is to encounter Christ, to bond as a group in an intimate spiritual relationship, working toward missionary discipleship.
 Summer gatherings for youth on Sunday evenings will continue with a focus of building community, having fun and breaking open the Word together.

Every middle school teen is welcome to attend IN TOUCH small groups regardless of Parish membership, faith background, or religious experience. IN TOUCH small groups will meet most Sundays year-round throughout the school year.

 IN TOUCH small groups provide a comfortable environment for youth to discuss the various aspects of their lives: spiritual, social, educational, physical and emotional. The adult mentors will facilitate small group gatherings under the direction of the Director Middle School Youth Ministry. All adult leads must be VIRTUS trained.

• KNOW the other youth in their parish
• BUILD a sense of community through small groups
• SUPPORT youth as they question their faith
• EDUCATE youth in the Catholic tradition
• CALL youth to lives of service and prayer
• HELP youth foster a discipleship lifestyle
• EMPOWER family faith sharing
• PROVIDE retreat opportunities
