Meet Fr. Michael Reding!  He provides pastoral leadership for the mission and leadership of St. Joseph Catholic Community. Fr. Michael is from Red Wing, Minnesota and attended Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Earning a degree in political science, he spent six years in business before entering the Saint Paul Seminary, School of Divinity at the University of St. Thomas. 

Fr. Michael was ordained a priest of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis in May of 1997. He has stayed in Minnesota and served as Associate Pastor at Transfiguration Church in Oakdale, Pastor at St. Bartholomew in Wayzata, Pastor at St. Thomas the Apostle in Minneapolis, Canonical Administrator at Carondelet Catholic School in southwest Minneapolis, and on the Board of Directors for 
Benilde-St. Margaret’s school in St. Louis Park. He has also led over ten pilgrimages to the Holy Land.
