St. Joseph's loves to capture the special moments of our events and activities.

If you love capturing written stories, taking quality photographs and videos, or enjoy editing, creating slideshows, etc. this ministry is for you!



All pictures and articles submitted are the property of St. Joseph Catholic Community and will be edited for possible use in St. Joseph Catholic Community publications. We honor copywritten materials and will credit professional organizations as requested.

Most registration forms include a required Photo Release decision prior to involvement in organized group activities to allow the use of pictures in St. Joseph publications. Respecting privacy,

Our Sunday Mass Parish Center 10AM Mass and other specified Masses are live-streamed where parishioners could be captured online. We also like to take and post lots of pictures at group events to capture special memories that we also share in our internal communications as well as social media platforms. Please see Notice of Filming and Photography below.

All individuals must complete a written statement to the Parish Office if they wish not to have their photo included in publications. Full names of minor children will not be listed for any image, either in a caption or in any related or attached article or description unless
St. Joseph has been given the authorization to do so. 

Volunteer Photographers Requests: Please take close-up pictures of people, capturing their fun nature. Please capture photos in a horizontal position, using good lighting, close-ups, people's faces, not cropping off feet or hands (or heads), so the picture tell a story. Within 12 hours of the event, please forward pictures and stories to:

By entering this premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by St. Joseph Catholic Community of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis and their affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar St. Joseph Catholic Community and the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis events in the future. You release St. Joseph Catholic Community, the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, their officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for
payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by St. Joseph Catholic Community, the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis or the person or entity designated to do so by St. Joseph Catholic Community and the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
